Adaptive Dance Program

Adaptive Dance provides an opportunity for children and adults with physical or cognitive disabilities to explore and experience the joy of movement and music with a supportive and creative team.
Advanced Dance Program

This program is for dancers 16+ with a strong dance background who wish to ease back and take one or two classes a week as they enter University or the work place.
Chair Yoga

This class is beneficial for (but not limited to) people with barriers to participation, limited mobility, loss of strength, injuries that need healing, chronic pain, or medical conditions like high blood pressure or arthritis. This form of yoga is practised on a chair or standing using the chair for support. However, modifications make the practise as easy or as hard as you want. That’s why it’s great for active people too. For those who want to challenge themselves, but with a little extra support.
