We offer a number of programs at Steffen Dance and are confident we have the right fit for your family.
Our Programs are divided as follows:
These are classes students attend once or twice a week with the aim of providing strong progressive training, in a fun and friendly environment which cultivates friendships and community.
This program is designed for the student who loves dance and wishes work hard and excel in a number of dance styles, along with like-minded friends.
The Steffen Dance Competition Team creates a home for dancers to form strong friendships, build their technique, challenge and empower themselves, while enjoying exciting additional performance opportunities through the competition season.
Adaptive Dance Program
Adaptive Dance provides an opportunity for children and adults with physical or cognitive disabilities to explore and experience the joy of movement and music with a supportive and creative team.
Advanced Dance Program
This program is for dancers 16+ with a strong dance background who wish to ease back and take one or two classes a week as they enter University or the work place.
This class is beneficial for (but not limited to) people with barriers to participation, limited mobility, loss of strength, injuries that need healing, chronic pain, or medical conditions like high blood pressure or arthritis. This form of yoga is practised on a chair or standing using the chair for support. However, modifications make the practise as easy or as hard as you want. That’s why it’s great for active people too. For those who want to challenge themselves, but with a little extra support.
